The Tai Sin LT Line I Busbar Trunking System (also known as Busway or Bus Duct) is a highly reliable and efficient power distribution system, designed with sandwich construction that delivers outstanding performance. This system provides a safe, strong, and durable power distribution solution with high electrical efficiency, low voltage drop, and excellent mechanical strength.

Our system offers a wide range of busbar trunking configurations to meet diverse needs, including 3P3W, 3P4W, and 3P5W systems for both power supply and distribution. It supports current ratings from 250A to 4000A for aluminum conductors and 400A to 5000A for copper conductors, with operating and insulation voltage rated up to 1000V, protection levels up to IP66, and frequency of 50~60Hz.

The Tai Sin LT Line I Busbar Trunking System is designed with a two-piece extruded aluminum housing, breaking the limitations of weight and making it one of the lightest systems in the industry. It offers maximum flexibility with a full aluminum alloy construction, a material with low magnetic properties, which helps reduce hysteresis loss in the power distribution system.

SYSTEM OVERVIEW

The products and production facilities are subject to KEMA surveillance to ensure that the manufactured products are identical to those originally tested. All required IEC 61439-6 type tests have been fully completed. The certification mark can be applied to the product label for the duration specified in the certificate, and the validity period of the certification will be published on KEMA’s website.

The products are flame-resistant, with the ability to prevent flame propagation and withstand fire when installed through building structures. The insulating materials are also resistant to abnormal heat and fire.
